We use all the typical pool care chems as needed including chlorine powder shock, liquid chlorine, chlorine tabs, muriatic acid, algaecide, clarifier, phosphate remover, sodium bicarbonate, and soda ash. We might use additional chems not mentioned in this list but we'll let you know what your pool needs and we'll document all chems added to your pool in your service report.

We do work on Holidays, but we do take 3 weeks off in the Winter between November and March, so you may or may not get service on Christmas week or Thanksgiving week, but those "off weeks" vary from year to year and you'll receive prior communication from Red Fox Pools regarding any service changes/alterations via text and/or email.

We sure do! We base our service on 4 visits per month, so if you start after the first week of the month we'll prorate your service costs based on how many services we'll provide in your first month.
