What does my weekly pool service include?
-Water tested, chems added as needed (chems can be an additional cost)
-Startup and check equipment operation
-Walls, steps, benches and waterline tile brushed
-Surface and floor netted to collect all debris
-Skimmer, pump baskets, leaf canisters/bags emptied
-Service email sent upon completion
***Customer responsible for monitoring water level and equipment issues need to be reported***
Pool Service Terms and Conditions
-Muriatic acid is included in the monthly service cost but any other chems needed will be an additional charge
-Customer pre-approves $40/mo. for additional chems or parts if they are determined necessary for proper management of the pool water and/or equipment. For chems/parts exceeding $40/mo. and email/text will be sent out for authorization of the estimated charges.
-Customer agrees to have access gate unlocked on day of service or provide a key for access.
-Customer agrees to the following maintenance protocol:
1. Cartridge filters need to be serviced/cleaned every 6 months
2. DE filters need to be cleaned and O-rings lubed every 9 months
***the office will notify you when your filter is due for service***
3. Customer will be billed $65-85 annually for the algaecide preventative/mineral treatment
4. Customer will be billed $150-$250 annually (or when the supply runs out) for a 50 lb bucket of chlorine tabs and this bucket will be delivered to and kept at customer's property

-Customer understands that all pool surfaces are subject to discoloration and/or staining over time and can vary in appearances due to pool type, construction, and environment
-On days of unusual weather events such as dust storms or electrical storms, we will still check your pool, balance the chems and empty the baskets, just no pole work
-If your day falls on a Holiday your pool will be serviced on that day unless you are notified otherwise
-Rates are based on 4 visits per month, and since there are 2-3 months per year that could include 5 visits, we will take 3 weeks off between the months of November and March and you will receive prior notification for these "off weeks"
-Invoices are sent out via email and are due on or after the first day of the month of service and if invoices aren't paid during the month of service then late payment charges could be assessed, starting at 5% of the bill and doubling every month until paid
